Queer Flow Yoga is a donation-based all-levels vinyasa class for LGBTQ+ people and our allies. Come for invigorating flow sequences and deep-release stretch work supporting a more compassionate mental, emotional and physical landscape for yourself.
This class is geared towards cultivating bodily autonomy, trauma healing, community resiliency, radical acceptance and authenticity.
All bodies, backgrounds, genders and expressions welcome. Mats and props provided.
Katya Weiss-Andersson (she/her, RYT-200) is a yoga teacher, kirtan artist and queer holistic wellness practitioner. Katya is passionate about yoga that is radically healing, empowering, non-performative, and respectful of each student. She is also the founder and director of Durham Queer Sports.
