Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Vinyasa is a great opportunity to combine elements of breath and movement in a way that is both grounding and energizing. You’ll learn how to find your “edge,” establish connection between breath and body, and enter a state of flow. Each class is designed to have a unique sequence of poses that emphasize the connection of body, mind, and emotions.
All levels & identities welcome. Mats and props provided. Suggested donation $10-$20.
Felix is a queer, disabled, nonbinary transmasculine yoga practitioner and social worker. He has been teaching yoga for four years and lives and works in Durham. Felix’s teaching style focuses on finding comfort and safety in one’s own body, which he believes is especially important for trans folks, trauma survivors, and disabled people.
