Yoga & Radical Movement…

is an opportunity to embody yourself more fully. Mindful movement and purposeful breath can help your body to feel grounded and nourished, and can deeply support and enhance support talk therapy work. Oppressive systems of power work to keep us disconnected from our own bodies. Radical embodiment practice is resistance, it is resilience and an opportunity to reclaim our own capacity for joy and collective care. Yoga and radical movement practice is deeply supportive on the path toward intimacy with one’s self and others.

We invite you to reach out to individual staff members to ask about mindfulness and movement as a part of therapy.
