With Dani Leah Strauss, LCSWA, MSW, E-RYT 500
Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
Yoga practice is a deeply supportive element on the path toward intimacy with one’s self and others.
Yin yoga is for you if you are tired, in need of deep restoration, or searching for mindful community. This practice is especially helpful for clearing the detritus from receiving 24/7 input from the outside world. This practice is subtle, slow, and can affect us on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.
All levels of experience, all bodies, all humans are welcome. No experience needed, just a desire to cultivate curiosity and a willingness to be kind to those who are here to practice alongside you.
This class is donation-based, pay what you can. Your offerings contribute to the sliding scale fund that allows clients to receive therapy for reduced fees.
